My name is Kelly Halbrock and I’m an instructional designer and media producer who believes learning should feel as engaging as great storytelling. My work blends evidence-based instructional design with over 20 years of creative production experience — helping organizations build eLearning, video training, and culture content that truly connects.
I’ve partnered with corporate, nonprofit, and educational clients to transform training into something people want to complete — by balancing structure, design, and story. Using methodologies like ADDIE, and backward design, I start with outcomes, then build experiences that are visually compelling, emotionally resonant, and instructionally sound.
Because when learning is designed with empathy and story, people don’t just remember it — they believe in it.
My goal is simple: to make learning more human — and to help companies educate their employees in ways that are as visually polished as they are meaningful.
